Lee, Fred Terman, and Mary Yost; guest book from Lucie Stern's home with guest entries, 1933-45, clippings, 1926-46, photographs of students, alumni, and their families, 1940s, and Mrs. Stern's marriage certificate, 1899; two birthday cards to Mrs. Stern from the Birge Clark family, 1941-42, hand-drawn and colored; scrapbook from Stern Hall's first year, 1949-50, containing photographs, cartoons, clippings, invitations, and programs; scrapbook from Muir Hall, 1958-63, containing clippings, photographs, and programs; Stern Hall guest book, 1950-61; and "Stern Hall Progress Report, " Dec. 1948, a portfolio containing photos of construction work and captions by Eldridge T. Spencer.

Lucie Stern, benefactor to Palo Alto and Stanford University, held weekly dinner parties for Stanford students at her Palo Alto home thoughout the 1930s and '40s; the ASSU made her an honorary member of the student body in 1941.
